Lisa Keenan
Lisa has worked for Drove Veterinary Hospital since 2001 having previously worked for the Arab Horse Society. She comes from an equestrian background having competed from the age of nine in the show jumping ring and was privileged to earn a career riding Classic winning racehorses. Lisa lived for 15 years on a 2000 acre estate with cows, sheep, pheasants and 120 racehorses. She has studied Agricultural Management at college and thoroughly enjoyed it. She is a very experienced farm office manager who seems to recognise all of our clients before they have uttered two words on the telephone, and handles our demanding vets with consummate ease.

Dee Freeston

Dee has a farming background and college training in agriculture. She has been working in our farm office since 1999. Along with Lisa she is one of the voices at the end of the telephone and is primarily responsible for organising both the diary and our vets to ensure the department runs smoothly, and dispensing farm animal drugs to clients. Dee has enormous common sense and is also very adept at dealing with DEFRA and the large volumes of official forms and paperwork they produce and is a general mine of information and advice to us all. She is passionate about farming and has an understanding and compassion in this ever changing industry.

Gill Burgess

Gill has been with the Drove since 1998 and has experienced reception duties throughout the practice. She has recently take on the post of Practice stock controller in charge of the farm and small animal dispensaries and will be in charge of ensuring orders are satisfied or sourcing product or price enquiries.
