She is a very experienced farm office manager who seems to recognise all of our clients before they have uttered two words on the telephone, and handles our demanding vets with consummate ease.
Dee Freeston
Dee has a farming background and college training in agriculture. She has been working in our farm office since 1999. Along with Lisa she is one of the voices at the end of the telephone and is primarily responsible for organising both the diary and our vets to ensure the department runs smoothly, and dispensing farm animal drugs to clients. Dee has enormous common sense and is also very adept at dealing with DEFRA and the large volumes of official forms and paperwork they produce and is a general mine of information and advice to us all. She is passionate about farming and has an understanding and compassion in this ever changing industry.
