The surgery has been part of Pewsey life for many years, opening in the 1990s at Milton Road by Stuart Holden & Tony Reader.
Upon Stuarts retirement in April 2002, Drove purchased the practice in both Pewsey and Marlborough, and we were very pleased that Tony Reader decided to stay on in a part time capacity with us.
When Mr Holden decided to sell the house at Milton Road, we decided upon the move into the village centre to 14 River Street.
This is a pleasant, light airy premises with a dedicated small team of Veterinary professionals, ensuring that you will have continuity of care for your pet. There is no dedicated parking but there is ample parking at the front of the surgery and in the surrounding area.
We offer a
free registration consultation where we give a detailed examination and preventative health advice after which over the counter products and medicines may be purchased at your convenience.
We cover all out of hours problems 365 days a year - the telephone will be answered in person and the duty vet is always a member of the practice - we do not use any deputising services.
If your pet has a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.
