Our long established mixed veterinary practice has grown and changed significantly over the past 15 years to fulfill the expectations of a very wide client base. We have become a multi-disciplinary practice developing expertise in each department and being entirely focused on delivering excellence and customer care. Our Veterinary Surgeons specialise in the groups of animals they treat, horse, farm and companion animals and further specialise within each of these areas to pursue additional qualifications in techniques such as orthopaedics, imaging or particular fields of medicine. With this approach, we seek to exceed our clients demand for a well informed, well equipped service and as a team provide an excellent and compassionate service:

23 Veterinary Surgeons, 6 hold specialist Diplomas or Certificates

Central Hospital providing 24hr 365 day service, for major surgical cases and medical in-patients, serves 10 branch surgeries all offering surgical facilities and long consulting hours 7 days a week. All surgeries are computer linked so clinical notes acessed at any surgery.

Healthcare for all animal species, horse, farm, domestic and exotic (small furry to alpacas) over a practice area radius of 40 miles.

Cattle Fertility and mastitis advice aided by direct computer access to farmers National Milk Records, medical treatments, calving cases and caesarian operations.

Vaccination, feeding advice, medical and surgical care of all domestic species using Xray, Ultrasound, ECU, Endoscope and chemotherapy

We are passionate about education and we do regular school visits to educate the children in pet care, also regular free client education evenings (100 and 120 attendees at Pet Behaviour and Pet Education evenings).
