We’re proudly independent and believe that empathy is the key to exceptional veterinary care, whether delivered from our veterinary hospital in the heart of Swindon, or one of our five community branches in Abbey Meads, Marlborough, Royal Wootton Bassett, Ridgeway Farm and Stratton.
We like to say that we’re big enough to handle anything unexpected and small enough to know you and your family by name.
We believe in preventative healthcare and enjoy working with our clients to keep pets fit, healthy and happy.
A key part of this is our Pet Health Club, which bundles together everything we believe your pet needs across the year into affordable monthly payments.
This also fits into our pledge to be as transparent as possible with our pricing. We do everything we can to make sure you know what you’re paying for and why, both through fixed prices listed on our website and open communication in consults, if and when we’re recommending a service.
We’re not far off celebrating our 200th birthday – and in fact you can still see the RCVS insignia on one of our original premises, the Cattle Market in the town centre.
Although our name has changed over the years, we hold tight to our ethos of providing the people and pets of Swindon with a caring and trusted service.
Through that time, we’ve always remained independent and locally-owned – and it’s still the case that each of our directors works in practice to care for our patients.
Due to this, the quality of service that we provide is something that we take personally.
We’re also proud to play an active role in our community.
We are local leaders in charity fundraising, from our year-round efforts for our annual charity to our yearly commitment to the purple poppy appeal commemorating animals in wartime.
It’s also fundamental to this that we work to protect our environment, something which we take very seriously, with a goal to constantly improve the impact we have on the world around us.
