Talk to the experienced veterinary team at Drove Vets from the comfort of your own home!
We have an exciting new video app for our clients to use called Pets App.
Ed Roberts, Director at Drove says, “We are advising our clients to pre-download the App and familiarise yourself with it for when you need to use it.This is a great option not only for clients that are currently shielding, but also for clients that are busy working from home, struggling with childcare, or not able to reach a branch due to public transport restrictions. We are really pleased to have this up and running to make it as easy as possible for our clients to access Veterinary care in this time of change”
40% of queries are resolved via a PetsApp appointment without the need for a physical consulation. Saving you time, money and stress.
Furthermore, only 50% of PetsApp appointments require a non-urgent physical examination, helping to put your mind at ease regarding your pet's health. You can then book your pet's appointment with the lovely team at your local Drove Vets branch at a time that is convenient for you, worry free.
PetsApp is also so much more than just convenient video appointments!
If you require advice or simply need to ask a question about your pet, simply attach a related photo to the query and this will be answered by a member of our clinical team, free of charge.
If you need to order a repeat prescription this can be done easily and at speed via the PetsApp, the order will then be physically processed by the staff on site who will get it ready for collection and a secure payment can be done on the app with the touch of a button.
If you’d like an update on your hospitalised pet whilst they are in with us for a procedure or as an in-patient this can be arranged by a simple request on the PetsApp, then one of our clinical team members will reply with an update as to how your pet is recovering.
We can even conduct your pets post operation check via the PetsApp saving you another trip to the practice.
