Drove Vets: Owner and patients

Owner and patient care is our first concern

We recognise that your pet is a very important member of your family.

Our dedicated team of Vets, many with advanced practitioner status and further qualifications in a variety of areas, can ensure your animal is in the best possible hands.

Drove Veterinary Hospital also can also provide behavioural services for dogs, affordable Pet Health Club plans and Grooming services in our on site Grooming Studio.

To be accredited as a Veterinary Hospital a practice must meet core standards, plus those relevant to General Practice

It must, among other things:

  • Ensure nursing staff are present on the premises round the clock, and a veterinary surgeon available 24 hours a day to attend to in-patients, if required
  • Maintain and improve clinical standards by monitoring performance and the outcome of treatments
  • Provide a range of specialist equipment, such as specific diagnostic equipment (ECG and ultrasound)
  • Submit to rigorous examination of its premises and facilities, with emphasis on cleanliness and sterility
