Drove Vets Hospital facilities are carefully monitored to ensure that the right members of our Clinical team are caring for our patients, in the right areas. 24 hour Nursing care is provided for all the cuddles, attention and affection required, which aids your pet's well-being and recovery.
Drove Veterinary Hospital has comfortable separate dog, cat and exotic animal ward rooms. The comfort of our patients is of upmost importance when in recovery. This is why the wards have under floor heating and are air conditioned day and night – designed, again, for comfort and warmth.
24 hour Nursing care is provided for all the cuddles, attention and affection required which actually aids your pet's well-being and recovery.
The wards are equipped with round the clock CCTV with vision and sound, visible from multiple points in the building.
Our sterile prep area is where animals are anaesthetised and prepared for surgery before entering the theatres. There are 3 work stations meaning your pet doesn’t have to wait too long for their procedure and allows vets and nurses to work alongside each other.
The air is negatively pressurised in this area to aid infection control and outdoor shoes and clothing are not permitted. Strict cleaning and dis-infection regimes mean that your pet encounters a gold standard approach and complications are minimised. Under floor heating and piped anaesthetic gases means the environment is uncluttered and appropriately temperature controlled for our patients.
Love and attention is such an important part of a pets hospital stay with us. Every effort is made to make your pet as comfortable as possible.
An Adaptil (DAP) diffuser is active at all times, to aid their recovery and convalescence.
