Out of hours announcement

For the past several years, we’ve partnered with Vets Now to provide out-of-hours emergency care from within our hospital. We are grateful for the service Vets Now offered our clients and patients during this time.

The quality of care we deliver is at the heart of everything we do. As a proudly independent practice, it’s important to us that you and your pets experience the same high level of trust, comfort and continuity – day or night.

With this in mind, we’ve made the decision to bring our out-of-hours emergency service back in-house. Later this year, we’ll be launching our own dedicated night team, allowing us to set a fair and transparent pricing structure while ensuring that you are always met by a familiar and trusted member of the Drove team when you need us most.

Until our own service is fully operational, Vets Now will continue to provide out-of-hours care from our hospital, and we remain confident in the support they will offer during this transition period.

We sincerely believe this change will enhance the overall standard of care we provide to you and your pets. Thank you for your continued trust and patience as we work towards this next step in our journey.
