Swindon, Wiltshire

We have a unique opportunity for passionate vets to help launch a comprehensive 24 hour service for our large independent practice.

We are committed to providing the very highest levels of care and aim to provide an excellent service with continuous care and fair pricing.

The right candidate will be at the forefront of this, part of a buzzing hospital team with a diverse caseload, high-quality facilities and the chance to work alongside certificate holders in a multidisciplinary hospital.

The role

Our position enables a real ECC caseload with the facilities to work up cases, where appropriate, including CT.

We will have a well-qualified and highly experienced team to support the care you deem necessary and all patients will stay on site, with care transferred to the day team during morning rounds.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and client care to share our passion for the highest quality clinical standards and service.

Due to the scope of the role, our ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in small animal practice.

Given the opportunity to start from scratch we are willing to consider a number of rota patterns and this is a great opportunity for anyone looking for flexibility. Night vet hours are 6pm-8.30am.

You’ll be working alongside owners who are passionate about supporting colleagues as individuals, providing flexible working patterns and structured career development. We are keen to help you thrive both professionally and personally.

The practice

We are a multi-site practice with a central hospital and 5 branches based in local communities. There is easy access to the beautiful Cotswolds countryside as well nearby motorways to London, Wales, the South West and Birmingham.

We tell our clients we’re big enough to handle anything unexpected and small enough to know them and their family by name – and that’s reflected for our team, with the opportunity to learn and grow while feeling part of a family.

We hugely encourage a sense of humour, enjoyment and a sense of community at work! Find out more and watch our video.
