We’re delighted to welcome Dr Sara Jones to Drove Veterinary Hospital, bringing expert exotic pet care in-house for the first time.

Sara has been a vet for over 15 years and has spent most of that time developing a specialist interest in exotic animals. She joins us from Great Western Exotics – one of the leading exotic animal referral centres in the region – where she spent over a decade working alongside European specialists, treating an extraordinary variety of species, from terrapins to eagles.

Not only is she a super vet and a lovely person to work with, she brings a wealth of extra knowledge and capability to the Drove team – and we are all really looking forward to welcoming the birds, tortoises and small mammals through our doors.

Sara sees rabbits, reptiles, birds and all varieties of exotic mammals. For owners of exotic pets in and around Swindon, this means access to an experienced clinician without the need to travel to a referral centre.
