We are always looking for ambitious vets to join our proudly independent veterinary group.

We have five community branches in Abbey Meads, Marlborough, Royal Wootton Bassett, Ridgeway Farm and Stratton, as well as our state of the art hospital in Swindon, where vets have the opportunity to work alongside certificate holders in medicine, ophthalmology, surgery and imaging and have access to excellent facilities including CT.

Our team works alongside owners who are passionate about supporting colleagues as individuals, providing flexible working patterns and structured career development. We have a BVA Wellbeing Award on our mantelpiece and are passionate about helping our vets to thrive both professionally and personally.

We have launched Drove Vets 24/7, our own out of hours and emergency service. Meaning we can maintain high professional standards of care day and night, but with no OOH commitments for our team.

We are looking for vets with excellent communication skills and client care to share our passion for the highest quality clinical standards and client service. We’re open to flexible working and part time hours for the right people.

We are a friendly, sociable and forward-thinking team and have active steering groups involved in our sustainability, clinical standards, wellbeing and social activities.
