Independent multi-site practice, Swindon, Wiltshire. No OOH

Opportunity for full flexibility. Four day week if preferred, full time or part time optional, hospital support and involvement, no OOH. Primarily based at the Abbey Meads branch with involvement in all other areas of the practice.

We are looking for a vet with some experience to join our proudly independent veterinary practice to enjoy the flexibility of being involved in all areas of the practice whilst still being part of a lovely community. You will have the unique position of being based 2 days at the Abbey Meads branch, with the remainder throughout our 5 branches and hospital. This position provides excellent job flexibility, knowing that you are still able to progress your career in an environment where you are valued and supported.

You’ll be working alongside owners who are passionate about supporting colleagues as individuals, providing flexible working patterns and structured career development. Some branches involve managing your own medical and surgical caseload, while others are larger teams with full support and involvement with our state-of-the-art hospital in Swindon. Here you will have the opportunity to work alongside certificate holders in medicine, ophthalmology, surgery and imaging and have access to excellent facilities including CT.

We have our own in-house OOH team, meaning we can maintain high professional standards of care day and night, but with no OOH commitments for yourself.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and client care to share our passion for the highest quality clinical standards and client service.
