Emergency and out of hours vet care in Swindon

Our out of hours service is supplied by Vets Now, based in our hospital between the hours of 8pm-8am weekdays and 5pm-9am at weekends.

All emergencies during our opening hours will be seen by our team at our hospital – if you are in an emergency, please ring ahead if possible so we can prepare for your arrival.

From late 2025 we will be bringing our out of hours service back in house, meaning your pet will be cared for by the Drove team 24/7. For more information, click here.

Until our own service is fully operational, Vets Now will continue to provide out-of-hours care from our hospital, and we remain confident in the support they will offer during this transition period.
